The healthy living tip this month is to stay calm. There are so many circumstances in life that can easily make you upset. The next time one of these difficult times arise take a deep breath and stay calm. Take a minute to take a walk, say a prayer, or read your Bible. Do something that brings you peace and trust that whatever your circumstance, it can be worked out.
