The health tip this month is to walk. Walking is wonderful for your health and it is a practical way to get a good workout in. Anthony and I travel quite often. So we can’t always stick with our same workout routine. We have to find ways to train no matter where we are. One way we do this is through walking. We like to get up and walk a few miles right away. This gives us energy and is a great start to the day. So wherever you are walk! If it’s too cold where you are this time of year, then try walking on the treadmill. You can pass the time through listening to music or watching the television. Before you know it, you’ve completed your workout!
