The health tip for this month is to prioritize your time. Take time to figure out what is truly important in your life, and then eliminate distractions. If something is consuming your time and it isn’t productive or important in your life then stop doing it. We suggest making a list of the things you need to get done and accomplish; and set aside time for your family and for yourself in your schedule as well. As you prioritize, and then take off of your list the things that aren’t necessary, your health will improve as you lighten your load!
